  • im almost 6 ft and my is barely 8 ft tall! i cant wear heels while practiceing at all. :(

  • awesome! how do u do the forearm grip? is there a specific way that makes it easier, last time i tried with no instruction i hurt my wrist lol

  • my ceiling is 8.5 feet im 5.4 i just ordered my pole having only that extra 3 feet is going to present a problem im only a beginner ne way if i start with that i should b ok right?

  • Wow. That IS short. I've used one once at that height, and my fingers could reach the screw just standing on the floor.

  • You are not alone, my ceiling is 7 feet 8. I can reach it if I walk extended on tippy toes! I can go into death lay from shoulder mount (yeah, if I could do death lay :0 ) Nice job despite the limitations!

  • Mine is only just over 7 feet! I only have the 125mm extension on the X-pole and the adjuster all the way IN!
