I also believe that the state, not being able to print money, will be more responsible with our money. We have fifty states with similar problems perhaps one will find a solution that works. I agree. If one believes terrorism exists, then logically consistently the US government IS one of the biggest terrorists in the world. I include putting people in prison for unjust reasons terrorism, because - in spite of ALL bullshit - putting people in prison DOES terrorize them.
