It's certainly a four-hands piece, but nobody said four-hands pieces had to be played by more than one person. It's probably what Shiraha did too - record one part, play the second part, layer it on top. You'd have to be right on with tempo both times, though. Putting the first part on good headphones and listening while playing would help.

@Cetirion It's very unlikely that it would be one person. Probably a duet at least. There are points where it sounds like more than one person is playing.
