Yes,Kellie is dumb but her sweetness and sexiness makes up for it. Also,you can't really dislike someone because they are dumb. I'm only irritated when dumb people try to school you with their stupidity.
I wouldn't say she's dumb bcuz she doesn't know that Budapest is in Hungary but she's def dumb for thinking Europe is a country. Also weird how she's never heard of Hungary. Oh well...I love her just the same.She's a cutie.
