@mkennedy3434 if you want to make more then all you have to do is double or triple the recipe. Yes i think i forgot to mention when I add the cardamom in the recipe but it is added to the rice along with the rest of the spices :)

@etiosoul ACtually it is great for cooking but you should not use it at high temperatures b/c it will burn. It is wonderful for sauteing vegetables, it add wonderful flavor. So yes you CAN use extra virgin olive oil for cooking, HAPPY COOKING!

i do this with only one difference or two mainly i keep the bones on the chicken and i toast them so they become a little golden and crusty... otherwise its all the same cheers asalways u rock

Yes you can keep the cloves, they blend into the rice and you can't really taste anything to bold. Just follow the recipe on my site and you'll be fine :)

Yes, this is rice with nuts and chicken on top. In the Middle East and Mediterranean countries it is traditional to eat rice with toasted nuts on top :)

hi dede! thanx for ur recipies.. i have 2 questions: 1. why dont u use cumin in seasoning the rice?
2.wouldnt it be better if u can add more flavour to the chicken after its cooked just by adding some seasoning and browning the rice or would that just mess up the dish? hope u reply thanx :)

1-if you want to add cumin you can, I don't like it with my kabsa, it takes away from the other flavors.
2-I do add seasoning to the chicken, that is the purpose of the cinnamon and onion.
Just try my dish with my recipe and I'm sure you'll love the flavors :)
