Senkaku Island is a territory of Japan, in the Okinawa Islands. the Chinese trawler was fishing their illegally. Please look into facts! China owns the Diaoyu Islands since 1683. Japan claimed the ownership of the islands in December 1879. In 1968, due to oil and gas reserve found in the area, Japan started the aggressive tactics to claim the ownership of the islands. On September 7, 2010, the video shown the Japanese speed boat cut right in front of the slow moving fishing boat many times in Diaoyu Islands.

In 1879, China was ruled by a corrupted government and was attacked and robbed by other countries, including Japan. Japanese used guns and violence to rob China. It is true that in 1920 the Taiwanese President sent a letter to Japan to thank the Japanese that “occupied” the islands for rescuing a Taiwanese ship. Since 1683 China has documents to show the ownership of Diaoyu Islands. Japan claimed the ownership of the islands in December 1879.

He still deny his action so u decided to go to court with witness and evidence video that luckily u found from security camera. On the court infront of judge, he still deny regard to drunk drive and actually police investigated that he was also being under drugged at that time. The ports and trade lanes you're talking about are "international", in other words, they are like highways on the sea. This fishing boat was not only not close to one of those highways, it is a fishing boat meant for domestic waters. Also, the Senkaku Islands are recognized by most countries to be a territory of Japan, not China. Sadly I'm out of space now to type...

Can I be totally unbiased? I'm form the UK and have no Japanese or Chinese blood.. I stumbled upon this video via "The Sun" news paper web site, and I don't see any boat collide... it looks like the blue boat follows the one filming for a bit, but it doesn't hit it. Nowhere near it!

The points is Chinese boat trespassed Japanese territory without permission, and also they are pretending as fisher man but they are actually Chinese navy/spy.

Japanese coast guard were just doing their job, and the crew were just warnig them using word to leave from the area but Chinese rammed into JP's boat
