Manny Pacquiao is the example that proves the rule that efficient body motion rather than arm speed is the key to effective punching. all his punches are comming from the waist and he is punching level to his stomach or even downward sometimed. You dont want to strike the head or what, you practicing all that to spar body shots only, how you ever going to KO someone?? this is fast slop. no skill.
Super fast punching is simply bad technique - it's playing pattercake with the bag. A good puncher would smash through a volley of light blows like a tank attacked by tennis balls! The punch is the finishing motion that is intitated from the ground up. The body has to have time to engage. Slower punching is always harder and more accurate.

your in your , but stop throughing right up everytime you through left jab . try to relax the side your not useing . youll generate alot more power when the arm is rested in between punches .
If i can make a suggestion, everything looks great but when you throw that right you're bringing your right foot forward which is gonna take away power, almost to where you're standing even footed which can take away balance.

(I see that you put up combined best scenes). Can your body withstand punches?
