What astonishes me is not only the amazement that the "real rain man" displays, but at the very end of this video, his father quotes "...which was normal." Is it really normal for you to be able to recall only 45% of the test, or is this based on mere averages? I find nothing to be out of place here. Nothing irregular, nothing odd or unusual. I see something simply...amazing.

thats just freakin awsome!!! the ability to do all that he did is a true gift..too bad people can be so fuckin ignorant twards those with mental or physical disabilites! my son is a way is a savant as well...he can watch a movie once and replay the whole movie again word for word and exactly act how the characters acted..he is 7 years old with autism. he also can put things together correctly without reading instructions!!
