  • @Urgo6667 can you reset it? if so, how?

  • @MrHarrySaunders what do you mean, reset it?

  • thanks, you explained the sleep mode better than the website did.

  • What is your opinion on the Bodybugg vs. the Fitbit?

  • Nice video thanks.I use Nike plus and was thinking of getting this.

  • I've been loving my fitbit so far!!!!!!

  • Can you just put it in your pocket when you walk??

  • @Jcsk8er13 you could but its more accurate on your belt.

  • I don't know if i should get this or jawbone up...help!?

  • @nikandcar they are two entirely different things. A fitbit is a fitness product and the jawbone is bluetooth.. so I can't really help you there lol.

  • @Urgo6667 Actually the Jawbone 'UP' is similar in many respects. Check out the forums on the Jawbone device @nikandcar and you may find a lot of chatter about undiagnosed reliability problems at the moment. It may turn out to be a great device but personally I'm hedging on an established product and waiting for the Fitbit Ultra to arrive in the UK.

  • @Urgo6667 The Jawbone Up system doesn't use Bluetooth.

  • @Urgo6667 They were meaning the Jawbone up...check it out..something similar to this, only this has way better reviews

  • @Urgo6667 The jawbone up is the same thing pretty much. Except it got horrible reviews. I almost bought it, then I found this... I am definitely getting this one!

  • @ayame87 Yup. Jawbone Up was a total failure!

  • @Urgo6667 I believe he w as referring to the Jaw Bone Up, which is a fitness bracelet made by Jawbone.

  • @Urgo6667 The jawbone up is a wristband that you wear that does the same thing, it is crappy, and on recall, so I would suggest waiting on getting one.

  • @nikandcar

    dont get the jawbone...

  • @afifmazlan Why not?

  • @magoo262

cuz there's a problem with it, go on soldierknowsbest to know more about the problem

  • @nikandcar I've seen a lot of negative stuff about the jawbone. What did you end up getting?

  • Ordered mine Sunday! Can't wait till I get it!!!!

  • @PerrfectlyImperrfect Nice! Hope you love it as much as I do =]

  • @Urgo6667 how much does it cost?

  • @Comment117 go to the webpage and find out.... isn't that just easier than ask it here? :) ... It's 99$ right now.. :)

  • I love mine...got it last November...it made me very aware of how many calories I was taking in vs burning and it kind of made me accountable for my activity and calories!

I have lost 30lbs...no kidding with before and after pics that are pretty amazing : ) and I wear it 24/7 except in the shower. One thing that I have figured out is that if I clip it to my bra or panties...up against skin...it is a lot more accurate.

  • I can't get it to sync and getting no help

  • @Lt4344 I seem to remember having a little bit of difficulty the first time I synced it too and had to play around wtih plugging it into and out of the base and same w/ the usb cord or something. Try that?

  • Cool that they replaced it for you.

  • Thanks for the review I am considering buying it but wondering if it still working for you. I have read other reviews that this gadget and similar ones seem to crap out after awhile.

  • @veggievamp1 Yep still working great.

  • I wanted to order this but I wasn't sure what website to get it from. I was looking to order it from a safe website. Could you tell me where you purchased yours? Do you find that it is acurate with steps?

  • @Cherylyiyi I ordered it directly from them at fitbit dot c o m but you might be able to get it at your local best buy. I was at mine last week and they actually had them in stock there now in a new exercise section. As for accuracy of the steps, well I'd say its good enough. I've counted some and it came up right but I don't spend my days counting along with it :)

  • A "glorified pedometer"? I was getting excited about this, but I'm hesitant to pay $100 for a "glorified pedometer".

  • @hugooc Well lets put it this way. I got this about new years. And forgetting that it broke and I had to wait for a replacement for about a month today is the 254's day in the year so $100/254 = thats 39 cents a day its cost me, definitely worth that since I use it every single day =]

  • it would be nice if the company would get its act together & send me mine!!1

  • @Jonamh1 do they still have a 3 month waiting list? If so I do agree.. seriously ramp up production!

  • Cool I will check it out

  • Holy crap its 99$ O_O

  • @mj120677 Yeah its not exactly the cheapest gadget, but its cool and not *that* expensive. It works well, until you lose it :)

  • @mj120677 Think of it like this. $99 is what, 2, 3 months of a gym membership? Get this and walk/run outside instead for free and it pays itself off real quick :)

  • sleeeeeeeep lol! Just don't break it again.

  • @uareuandiamme I'm trying not to. Instead of using the belt clip on my belt I'm actually sort of tucking it under my belt and clipping it directly onto my pants now so it doesn't stress out the clip.
