  • Hi Sir,

Thanks so much for such a down-to-the-point video. Quick questions, you did not use any of those commercial culture starter kits. It's a brine enough? Also, I like my food spicy. Do you recommend adding hot peppers and onions to the recipe?

    Thanks again,

    Latem

  • This is a good viideo and demonstration. It is clear and brief. I will make the ferment. Thank-You1

  • Hi. Thanks for the video. I have a question. Once the veggies have ferminted for 7 to 9 days, would I then refrigerate the jar? Thank you.

  • Ditto - thankyous

  • it is preferable to use ground up dried seaweed rather than salt

  • useing ground dried seaweed is preferable to useing salt

  • Thank you! That was very, very helpful!

  • Great video! Thanks for giving some really useful info that everyone in modern society has forgotten. It is surprising that no one today eats real cultured vegetables while almost everyone did a few generations ago when people were healthy.

  • Nice video, with excellent information and tips for making cultured veggies (e.g., a less-spicey kimchi).
