  • ZAGG SCREEN SHIELDS ARE THE SHIZNIZZLE MY NINJA

  • Look up Ghost Armor. Its way better

  • Does it have that "orange-peel" effect?

  • too bad we only have zaag here in our country... there's really no other choice but to zaag. does the sides really quick to peel off after a few months of use? i'm thinking of having zaag installed on my phone but if it'll just be peeling off then might get soft jacket or leather case instead.

  • I have the case too :) lol

  • nice review. just installed a zagg and I aint too impressed - orange peel sucks as do the corners. wish I saw this before my purchase.

  • nice vid

  • Nice review man. Thank you very. Buying a bodyguardz in a few minutes.

  • Get 20% Off and free shipping at BodyGuardz with coupon code 0dcd4

  • @pccontractor, doesn't work anymore. FYI

  • can u plzzzzzzzz tell me if there is any way to buy the zagg squeegee (send me a link?)

  • use a credit card. same thing

  • Your install is great! I tried to apply a Zagg to my phone and it was soo labor intensive and it still looked like shit afterwards. I ended up taking it back to the store

  • I have a Zagg and it goes all the way up to the bezel?

But they did update their look on it, so maybe when you got it they didn't have it. And now they don't cover the sim.

  • do u guys know if there is a silicone case just for the around the edge to cover just the corners and the edge..so to protect the corners from getting lint and dirt..im gna try to make my own..buy a thin silicone case and cut her up

  • nice review. ill be reviewing the zagg soon so anyone who wants more info should check my vid out in a week or so.

  • Which is smoother to touch when gliding in the screen?

  • Bodyguardz is smoother. Has less of an orange peel effect.

  • Do u use your phone just with the bodyguards or do u use it with a case also? If so what case??? Thanks

  • I now use it with only the bodyguardz. I'll use it for a while until the corners wear off. Then I'll go back to using a case or use the other Bodyguardz. The feel of a naked iPhone is awesome. Nothing beats the look and fell of a naked iPhone when it come to looks imo. The iPhone 3G is such a good looking phone to be trapped in a beautiful case unless you are rough with your phone.

  • How different? I've had 2 different ones. One with the top and bottom connected to the screen shield and one with two separate strips for the top and bottom bezel. Both versions only covered the sides about halfwayl. Third version out that I haven't tried?

  • nice vid.. 5 stars. just one question. So are you saying dont put it in your pocket for like the first couple days, or are you saying dont put it in your pocket at all with the bodyguardz. Thanks

  • Thanks for the rating and comment!

After installing, please keep it away from your pocket. Lint is the killer. Let the corners heal and adhere for at least 48 hours. Once lint or dust gets into the adhesive, game over. Hope that helps.

  • but after 48 hours then you can put it in your pocket right? Im about to order it right now.

  • depends on how good your install is. If the corners are completely sealed, go for it. If the corners are not totally sealed by 48 hours, apply pressure. If it still doesn't seal, try clipping with some nail cutters or use the other supplied piece. It's about preparation. Dust is the killer.

  • @ThatAppleDude Well I know the perfect place that is dust free, and I mean COMPLETELY dust free 8D!

The iPhone does look nice, but after Apple's lawsuit against Google and HTC's Nexus One, (me being a Google fanboi) I have no appeal to anything Apple anymore.

I want to get the Samsung Galaxy S Epic 4G and I want to know what the best skin is, thanks for the video!

  • @kragier I bought a Samsung Galaxy S2 and have purchased a Bodyguardz full body protection package from them. If you want, I'll go ahead and let you know what it looks like and my review on the product.

  • @byunrichard [1/2] Well, as the comment age says, this is from a year ago.

I already have an Evo 3D (I chose to skip the S2, and I'm more than happy with my choice!) with an Otterbox Defender. The screen protector has a grainy rainbow effect that I hate, but it is easy for Swype. While I hate the screen protector, Otterbox supposedly has great customer service and replacements. Good service is just as important as a good product.

  • @byunrichard [2/2]

Since I already have the Defender (and it performs well for drop protection) I won't be getting something else.

If you plan on making a review anyway, I'll watch it. However, don't do anything special for me (your comment seems a little suggestive of that, to me at least) since I won't be getting it!

They say bubbles go away, but I'd rather just apply without them. I applied it for someone else (static type of protector) and did so without any bubbles, and none since.

  • @ThatAppleDude, You should try wrapping the phone in saran wrap tightly when you are installing a back cover and when you take it off 24 hours later your corners are PERFECT!
