They'll say "became pregnant" or "got pregnant", but you'll never hear "fell" pregnant. Anyhoo lol, awesome story and character! :D

Fell "pregnant" is basicly the same format that's used in french: "tomber enseinte" so that's how that got introduced in the english language.
