I got a bearded dragon for Christmas five years ago, and it was bought from Pets Mart, and turned out to be a Sandfire. They said this was extremely rare to find at Pets Mart now so I'm so happy, she is a beautiful color, but has an overbite probably caused from calcium deficiency.
i have a yellow morph and a sandfire i love them sooo much . Very nice lizards my kids love them my sandfire is spunky though he tries to run after my female .
^^its probably a better idea to keep your dragon in a tank..theyll live to be 10 to 12 years old if you keep them healthy and in a tank away from both predators and unknown bugs.
@crimsom757575 crawley? maybe cawley but it would be stupid to cross it with a leucistic.. totally different colours and never seen nobody crossin them
my beardie is RETARDED shes a hypo beutiful dragon but she got dumb and jumped straight of a stick head first and broke her leg......sadest thing ever shes recovery fine though legs mite have a deformity though and no she does not have a calcium defesincy
@juggalo6jcards oh my god.. when i first got my red morph, she was about 10cm long and jumped straight off her branch and into the side of the tank. i hope yours is okay!! --samantha
i live in cali and im trying to buy a beardie but i don't want to buy from a pet store. :/ does anyone know a good trustworthy breeder with a wide variety of beardies?!? im REALLY interested in citrus color and sandfires :P

how do you guys feel about having white small grain sand in my tank with two baby beardies? does it really impact them as much as people say they do?
papasolocoot 2 years ago
yup wait till ther adults
zigd8 2 years ago
they will get impacted tile is good to use dont use grout them though use silicone coching and you can just wipe it off
largemouthtips 2 years ago
its high enough risk that it is better to just not use sand till they are much older.

thanks for this vid, we have a bearded " GIZZY"
i have owned many lizards, and by far the best "pet" is the bearded dragon.
he could pack a mean bite
but mine has never offered to.
we get him out once a week and play with him, just kind of let him watch tv with us.
he is so right, after you have your aquarium set up for him, its little maintance.
easiest and coolest lizard ever.
i love it when he blows out his beard.
i think i want to buy him a girlfriend
lol
