you have to see the ghost of darunia at least one time to be able to get the goron mask ;)

so no way you can get goron mask without lens of truth

how do you do a superslide. whenever i try it i always fail

Shield drop a bomb. Be far enough back so that when you roll your A button changes to "grab"

You have to grab it almost at the exact time that it blows up. Your Shield has to be up as well.

When you roll press A at the right time and he'll pick up the bomb and it'll blow up on your shield giving you the backwards momentum to slide.

@DegenerationX219 yea i found that out by accident when i played the 2nd time. I forgot to follow him and it was ok. However i did not know you could just play the song of healing without talking to him thats a waste of another pitiful cutscene.

True, but when you reverse a song like that you end up inverting the notes.

Instead of F to A to B (saria's song) it is B to A to F.

The interval from F to A is a major third and from A to B is a major second. This sounds very cheery and playful since all of the intervals are major (although the last note is an odd augmented fourth)

From B to A however is a minor seventh (or dominant seventh) and from A to F is a minor sixth. Those intervals sound sad and unresolved.

i didn't mean a quite literal inverse, i meant just a backwards version. if you've noticed, when you play the "inverted song of time" it's just backwards, not completely reversed. and i think i already knew most of that, but thanks!

yeah, superslides are easier, because it doesn't matter if you get to close to the bomb. In OoT the bomb will damage you, if you get to close to the bomb, so you won't start to superslide.
