I appears you removed the cast iron bushing housings and replaced them with bearings. Can you describe how this was done and the specs/cost of the bearings? Also do you know if the blades for this unit replaceable?
best one i've seen so far - how can some people show their creations - you'd be better just driving over the damn things in your car - but this is good but is it all stainless ?

No, it's not all stainless. I purchased the original grinder at Cabela's, and I only modified the manual crank.
