  • @therockswanakabrad I play it C, G, A (though maybe its Am), F for the intro and verse, then for the chorus C 5th root bar chord, drop the bass note one semitone but keep the rest of the chord there for like a B/C combo, Am, G

    Then in the end of the chorus (gypsy blood coming out of me) F, G.

    Our bands just started covering it, Definitely my favourite NZ punk song

  • Great band, I heard of them first in about 1990. Their song Witch Hazel (?) was on Hamilton student radio.

  • I went to NZ for ny 18th birthday (a long time ago) and made sure I found the Sticky Filth LPs while I was there. Ended up getting them both at Real Groovy records in Auckland. So good. Never got to ImaHitt Records, wish I did though.

  • Absolutely excellent to see this song on here. Still love it after all these years. Use to scream it at the top of my lungs and freaked out a hitch hiker I picked up once in Reefton. I doubt he will ever forget the song.
