&150 a month?? wow, that's a bit on the higher side.That's &1800 for the year. You could use much less to get licensed and pay $400 a year for access to the MLS.
Hanies Criss Cross + Real Estate does the same things as Real Quest. The user interface isn't as good as Realquest though. Zillow is fair at best. Other's I use is redfin and franklymls Good content Maestro as usual.
lol...doesn't freedomsoft use Zillow for comps?? I cancelled it because their comps suck
