When you guys do the two leg stack with the tail's legs together it'll be easier with the toes pointing outwards like what vtml said. We used to do the horse stance stacks with toes pointing inwards but moved onto toes pointing outwards. Also, when you do your one legged stacks, it's A LOT easier to have the toes pointed outwards as well.
When the head player jumps up to the tail player's thighs, the head player's feet needs to stand like Charlie Chaplain. Right toes point to the right, and left toes point to the left, not inwards.
