@000XxXMaisyXxX000 It was called the Ricky Wales Band - After drama college - 3 girls (inc me) and Ricky. We dressed up in different outfits - different themes - did tap dances - etc - for a year. Then it was just him and me for a bit - then after wards he became Killer Wales for a while.
I would also love to know how & where he is... he had a profound effect on me & many people when he performed in our local youth club (The Compass Club/Bletchley/MK)... it was essentially a punk club but he blew away the crowd & gave many of us hope to be able to take the punk ethos to higher levels of rebellion/acceptance...I've been making music ever since... I love this guy... please send me a pvt msg if you have any info.... much love Snowdome x
I last saw Ricky about 4 years ago and we were going to meet up again. He was still living in that place beyond Tooting...and wasnt very well but creating all day - full of ideas - we were deep friends at one time and I was in his band. If anyone knows how/where he is now please get in touch . Denise --- Chainy --Heinrich-Lane
I saw Ricky about 6 years ago in Putney coming from the vet with his cat.I was at Webber D with you and Ricky and he was extraordinarily talented.I've sent you a message.x
It's from a movie called "Rebellious Jukebox". I saw it on MTV sometime back in the 80's. Still looking for the Hee Bee Gee Bee performance from the same movie ...

Heck this is a real blast from the past ! I saw Ricky Wales perform solo at Le Beat Route, in the early 1980s I guess, a seriously excellent artist .
BTW if anyone knows where I can get a copy of "Soldier Boy" (I think), I'd be seriously chuffed - I've been looking for a copy for ages :(

What's happened to Ricky? Does anyone know? I've been trying to find him since Webber-Douglas days.
