  • I was also taught a variation of this form as a two man set. Any body have another name for this form. My form is 24 movements long each set.

  • Is there some elements of xingyi quan in it?

  • savanna bujks

  • And this is Basic?

  • It is supposed to be for beginners.

  • I like the pants, makes the practitioner look more elegant and swift.

  • I was taught this form as part of a two-man set. Anyone else?

  • do u think anyone can learn this or any other martial art style in self training if they really put effort to it bcuz im practicing muay thai nand i wana practice something else too

  • Muay Thai is fun, but it's a young person's sport with no long-term benefits. I would definitely suggest you check out some other arts, but it is absolutely inadvisable to try to teach your self a martial art... for many reasons.

  • @joshualabello lol well they are always exceptions I mean their are a few people who learned quite well from the book rising to become well known Generals of Ancient Asia.

  • this is "youth boxing", basic, traditional form,it contain many skills from chang quan

it is very important 4 beginners same like tantui and gong li quan

    great performance

  • Very interesting Demo! Basically this set is identical with "the young mans fist" HUNG GAR...Bucksam Kong lineage...

Isnt it supposed to be a "DOI DAR" set, as well???

  • He's good and flexible, but when he's doing quan punches he's leaning forwards too much. The upper body ought to be righted. But otherwhise very good!

  • It's Ok with leaning 'too much', cos this's only a training; in actual fight, nobody will do exactly as practised in sets; the movements will be shrunken ......hahaha !

  • That guy's verison of the "Beginner's Fist" looks a bit different from the way I'd learned it as a beginner a long time ago.

  • Great performance :)

  • What style is this? :)

  • I was told it was called 'Ching Nian' Quan (chuan) - a sort of basic Northern Style Wushu form

  • Great demo. Hope to see more of this guy.

  • Very proficient demo by Master Ji. I saw him in China. A great guy and outstanding practitioner

  • Maybe for beginners but looks difficult enough to do well. Great performance here.
