Nope, I'm afraid you have to earn it the hard way. But it is more then possible to get through the game without alerts, you just have to take it slow, use lots of tranquilizers, and don't unduly rush yourself.

Just go to gamefaq.com and download the MGS4 zipped saved data file. If you don't know what to do next just refer back to youtube to learn how to download the gamesave data from gamefaqs.com and tranfer the file to your ps3. IT SOOO SIMPLE IT"S A SHAME REALLY!!!! I downloaded a MGS4 file that has EVERYTHING Weapons. Camo, You name it i got it.

after that otacon will reminds you that in that same area in MGS1 for the ps1 you used to change disc 1 to disc 2 and tels you those days are over in the ps3 due to the blu-rey.
