I love the song and love the album, who do I think is best Fish or Hog? to be honest it dont matter as long as you enjoy listening to what they do thats good enough.

In fairness both have done some great work whilst both have done some, lets say not great work just my opinion.

Listen to the lot I say what you like you like what you dont you dont end of.

I can understand if Fish was an uncontrollable drunkard why they got rid of him. If that was the case, it was a necessary decision. If that was not the case, I cannot understand the change in vocalists. I have nothing against Hogarth, I just don't see him as an improvement over Fish.

Yes, you're totaly right! This version is better. If I compare both, it's the nights and day. However. The only reason why I like "Beaujolais day" is because the guitar at the beginning is different of "Seasons end".

@marillo68 Anything else I'd probably agree with you, but not on this. To me the BIGGEST difference between Fish and Hog is precisely that, Hog may be more talented as a vocalist and does have a more appealing timbre, but Fish is all about character and takes (or at least took) more risks with his singing, not to mention his extremely theatrical performances live. My opinion at least.
