  • why would u want to eat aged meat?

  • you don't wash meat with water.

    what's next? using soap?

  • @TheAerosmither y not?

  • @spam1712 flavor.

they're washing the flavor of the meat

  • I think I'll spend a little more at a steakhouse than going through all this shit....molds? nothing compares to professionally done. No thanks.

  • Great receipe, but how can u avoid opening ur fridge? Can u just put a lid on it and keep in the fridge?

  • @ilfri77 put it in a drawer to keep the cold air in when you open it for other stuff.

  • i dont know about cutting off mold then eating the meat.

  • ...why put a thermometer in if your not supposed to open it to check the temprature....

  • 0:48 #LOL tattoo on his hand. Talk about a fucked up decision...

  • This is the fastest way to get yourself sick. Please nobody actually try this at home.

  • @dormantsaiyan Only if you don't know how to do it properly, and if you don't or can't cook, just watch and leave it to the pros!

  • @dormantsaiyan shush up.

  • @dormantsaiyan this wont get you sick your just another one of those people that are scared of beef. dry aging is perfectly acceptable but i would not let it touch the bottom of the pan and have it sitting on some type grate.

  • Sweet! I live in the southeastern US, so it's pretty much 100% humidity here all the time. It's hot as hell too, and I can't even open my fridge to get a cool drink with this damn thing in there. Also, what kind of nut makes steak out of a tough ass cut of meat like that? Whole heaping mess of fail going on in this video....

  • 'Avoid opening the fridge'. Fail

  • 13 people are vegetarians.

  • thats a rump roast. lmao

  • wrong wrong wrong.. no idea, you should be able to dry age for a month. check my video on how to do it properly.

  • @HomeDistiller oh yeah and you should cut AGAINST the grain not with it you idiots

  • Or you could just buy your beef from a decent butcher that knows how to hang his meat for the correct amount of time.......... Supermarkets don't like their meat hung properly... why? cos part of the hanging/ageing process is that the meat loses quite a lot of weight by moisture evaporation. They value weight (profit) over quality. Instead they "age" their meat in vacupacks, which does little apart from making the meat wet and sweaty. No thanks, I'll go to the butchers.

  • @carpy1970 thats right and wrong there is a vast difference between freshly killed meat and something that has been aged in a vac pac for a month, it will be much more tender BUT wont have the flavor of a dry aged steak or even the tenderness.. as for sweaty your a fool

  • I'm a vegetarian, why do i watch this?

  • @bumflufasshole because you want to become a carnivorian. come to the dark side.....it taste much better.

  • @golfmaniac007 haha meeh i prever the other dark side they have cookies ;D

  • i can not dry age it because i live in florida

  • Well, from evolutionary point of view, people started to evolve to higher forms when they learnt to hunt - meat is a source of protein which is essential from brain evolution . Therefore veggies are simply a dead branch :-)

Btw. not a bad recipe - I do it in pretty similar way with very good results.

  • Dry aged in Germany by

    Buzzano Frankfurt

  • this is annoying because the "finished product" in this video did not actually go thru the aging process.

  • I wouldn't consider this a good how-to.

  • Comment removed

  • @amandassweet you want to...... eat a steak!

  • beef from america ..... um no thanks growth hormones people

  • @gonzo191 I don t know what your eating but not all US Beef has hormones.

  • shit did anyone see that fucking thumb tat?? i feel like hes gonna stab me with that knife

  • point>>??

  • I live in Florida... there's no such thing as a time of low humidity.

  • @mymind1086 --well then, you'll just have to do without the aging process, won't you.

  • @mymind1086 lol ikr the town i live in is literally in the very middle of florida and its always so FREAKIN HUMID D:

  • Wow, that tattoo on the hand is really obnoxious. I keep thinking their hand is dirty.

  • I'm not going to judge anyone for eating meat, that's a personal choice, but in my opinion i think we eat too much of it, and not enough vegetables and what not.

  • I'm not going to judge anyone for eating meat, that's a personal choice, but in my opinion i think we eat too much of it, and not enough vegetables and what not.

  • i respect peoples opinions that eating meat is better and makes you stronger but

i think its very ... stupid how some companys (dont know how to spell that) treat the animals .. thats why im a vegetarian =)

  • Why is there an argument about eating meat on this video? If you don't like it then why'd you click it?

  • to anybody saying that people are horrible who eat meat...

even animals eat other animals, so do humans, get over it, its natural to eat meat, especially children ened to eat meat for success when they are adults

now whos horrible? without meat theres no life

  • I don't have anything against people eating meat. Although the way animals are treated is a different matter. Also If we do kill an animal do not just kill it for the meat but use every part of it. So none is wasted.

  • Mmmmmm... meat... Good thing there are vegetarians so there's more meat for me. There's actually a cow on my backyard and I cut a little peace of her on my bread every morning.

  • stupid carnivores....you fat asses

  • @PirateSmoothie Humans are not carnivores, you moron. We're omnivores. @PirateSmoothie - Even if you don't eat meat, you still use animals in some capacity whether it be your clothes, medical science etc. It's nature. Stop being so damn sensitive. And p.s., that last fact neglects to shows how companies like Monsanto using chemicals to enhance our meat, particularly beef. A lot of the beef in the U.S. is much larger than it normally would be.

  • @votumseparatum1 loool don't be soo harsh on the vegetarians.. but yea its true. If im not wrong, soap is made of fat and where does fat come from :S

  • it is used to make soap, its called lard, pig fat,its used in cooking oil, butter, and is actually eaten with bread in some countries and i mean just slapping it into the bread then eat it.

  • @PirateSmoothie mmmmm beef! it's what's for dinner.

  • those people that eat meat are horrible!

  • @Jerkwaad right... you have canines on your mouth for a reason.

  • @Jerkwaad People who use animals in any way other than eating (like clothes, medicine, and so on) are horrible as well. So you are horrible too.

  • Is it really worth it? I mean this kind of effort??

  • @Clarensee They charge big money in a resturant for aged steak.

  • This is actually cool, if you have a spare fridge

  • @FireWatur not really it just tastes rubbier and more chewer some people like it like that, it tastes the same though.

  • First to type up side d o w n and proprly
