There are no "original voice actors". Only the Japanese VAs can be considered as Original voice actors. The other dub cannot even compare to the coolness of this one. However if you're a girl and prefer Kawaii over Coolness, then the other dub, which is available on DVD, is ok.

But GetB is a Shonen Anime targeted at guys, & the cute & gay stuff was added to rope in the girls too & make more money. But this dub took a different approach and made it a Pure Shonen(they also removed all the fangirl-Gay dialogues). Had the guys watched this dub first, they would be singing a different tune.

They're not gay, but they've been made into a couple by fanfiction.
Considering the way they act around you could take it the wrong way, or you could just say that Ginji looks up to Ban greatly :)
It's like with +Anima(another Manga...) you could say the guy Husky was gay, because of his hate for women and his desire to be around Cooro. ;P When really Husky's probably perfectly straight.
