This wasnt the worst performance of this song i've heard, but it was'nt that good.

I sang it a couple of days ago at a theatre I go to, and I sang this song in norwegian, and I got STANDING applause. I'd never think I'd get that ! :O

Chuck's voice; the B movie porn backing track; the idiotic direction of Chuck's cronies, the choreography, the harmonies, it just all sucks so badly. Come on people, don't put it on Youtube unless you want to get laughed at, because this is truly embarassing.

honestly, I'm playing Chuck in my community Theatre's presentation and even though I try my best to be humble about myself...I at LEASt know I'm better than any of the stuff I've been finding on Youtube...hell I should post MINE on Youtube when we finally do it just so that there's a good one on. Seriously ALL the other Footloose songs I find on Youtube are awesome except the versions of this one, it's painful.

This song is very hard.. I think these guys did great. I'm with an even younger cast so it makes it that much harder to perform. We have chorus girls as biker babes to back up the vocals, and just lyle/travis who are good dancers to back me up as Chuck. We have a couple Ariels casted that can all sing well, but this one in the vid is quite good IMO. She looks the part.

this is a good and well put together scene. My school is doing this too for their musical and i play wendy jo but the 3 girls (rusty, wendy jo, urleen) have a bigger role in this then it relle seems to be in the real show or even this. but all and all it was very nice. i liked it =]

There was absolutely no emotion in this whatsoever...there wasn't the raw teenage hormone emotion lol. He fits the character visually as Chuck, but not so much vocally....
