mt cats are weird, there sisters and they both go in the bath tub and play in it, they've even gone on the legde as water was in it! lol they've both fallen in before :D its funny, my one kitty loves water! i turn the sink on just a little big for her and she plays with the water :D

Actually it's not too tight. You're supposed to be able to put two fingers in the collar. Her hair is just sticking up around it.
