It's song made by Microsoft. If you have Windows XP, go to Windows folder and type "title" in search. It should find a file named title.

So Omnia is one of the fastest, there are FASTER devices, of course, but omnia is fast too, 624 mhz in Pocket PC is not a little :D About Video, I think it's problem of emulator or windows Mobile ;) Not Processor.
