Sorry to be a pessimist but that had no emotion, no artistry...Debussy was an "impressionist", it has to be WAY more rubato. Also, the dynamics did not change very much at all...although there are fortissimo markings... Just some constructive criticism...Great you have that internal metronome...just save it more for Bach.
I like the tempo. After all, it is the "slower than slow" waltz. I like the tender restraint with which you play the piece. Very nice. My only criticism is that your rendition seems a bit too metronomic for a piece marked "molto rubato."

its just a tiny tiny tiny slower than its supposed to be it took me about a year to get it the correct tempo
