Like I said before blood test is not necessary to detect banned substances, blood test can cause hematoma, it takes at least 2-4 weeks for a hematoma to heal, hematomas can be painful, pain can delay your training, the test is always administered in the arm, you need your arms when you fight. It was deemed unnecessary to have blood testing due to the unreliability of the blood testing. The USADA's OST blood test has not been peer reviewed. Blood testing is not the best method to test for banned substances because it does not stay in your blood stream for very long. Hair & urine is the best way to go. CONTINUED.
