geezz i can't believe this girl, all she knows is only the skin of Guruji's teachings, Iyengar Yoga is alot moreeee than just props and alignment, Guruji does not spend all those years only to find those 2 things you said Ashley, but yet again like Guruji said to his pupil " be a good student first, before you become a good teacher".

This is not Iyengar. "Props" do not make it Iyengar. Those are just appendages of the Iyengar method, not the teaching. Try naming this something else, please. Iyengar (and family) has dedicated 80 years of practice and teaching to improve the quality of yoga instruction, please don't defame it by labeling it by the use of props. That is barely scratching the surface.

Even the clothes are not Iyengar appropriate...
