hi, im thinking of getting this case but i need space for my 4 hd5770 graphics cards. will they all fit and clear the power supply?? my power supply is a corsair hx1000watt. motherboard asus m4a79t deluxe, 16gb corsair xms3 ddr3 1600mhz ram, sony bluray, amd phenom II x4 965 black edition running 4.0ghz with corsair h50 watercooling, i want a case i can fit all 4 gpu's as my current coolermaster cm 690 case only has space for 3 gpu's. please help thanks.
@CyberDruidtheModGod thanks for the reply m8. i have looked at this case in person at a friends shop and it wont fit all the cards in! just like my current coolermaster cm690. i know the psu is on the bottom like my current case. my 4 5770 gpus take up 2 slots of space each. and with my current motherboard they just wouldnt fit in. (asus m4a79t deluxe). shame but guess ill have 2 do with 3 gpus for now lol.
@digitup1100 no i wasnt commenting to show off m8. plus if u must know i sold my 5770's to a friend and upgraded to 3-soon to be 4 hd 5870 vapor-x 2gb gpu's now.
@thespartenkid You can mount a rad using tubes like I did from the back or the top or even the sides. As long as you leave a good sized air gap for the rad to breathe it will work. Looks are up to you...if you like it do it.
@MartinKARRR Anything is possible if you are will to mod the case. It's certainly large enough. The front could accomodate a 360 rad easily if you ditch the HDD enclosures. I think Antec sells a 200mm rad for the top but it's crap. You could probably get a 240 up there with some custom shrouding to force the air through.
well the size and weight is not a problem for me at all as i actually like big cases :D what would you rate this case out of 10? and do the lights look great in the dark? thanks man
hey man your awesome bro, im 15 yrs old and ive built a system with an i7 and gtx 285 like 5 months ago, ive got a thermaltake v9 case and i rly hate it do you recommend getting this case? i really like it, looks great its big and good cooling, will a GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD4P motherboard and a CORSAIR TX850W power supply fit in this? thanks so much bro
It's hard to find fault with the case. Antec did their homework. It's already black inside and has too much ventilation. Fan controllers are built in. It's sturdy and has enough room for the largest cards. Downside might be that it is huge and not as portable as a smaller case.
Not sure. THe client wants one of my waterfall reservoirs in the front so I need to figure out if I can go up top inside or if I need to hang the rad off the back.
HEy yea im first comment... nice case and i was wondering if you sell most of your systems and if so around how much do you make? and when will be your next weapons video?

@ManicMicra I don't think size of PSU will matter in the 1200. The PSU is under the mobo.

@ManicMicra trust me you will be fine. I had mine delivered Friday with a 5970 which is HUGE and that fits so you will have no problem.

@CyberDruidthModGod well my next build im going for a 3x120mm rad for 2 gpus
should i get this cas or a lian li pc80 armoursuit
ive currently got a antec 902
but if i buy a 1200 (or a haf 932) how could i mount a 3x120 rad on the top of a 1200 without mods?
thespartenkid 1 year ago
@thespartenkid I don't see how. You need airfllow. The 220 on the top is not going to cover the whole rad.
CyberDruidtheModGod 1 year ago
@CyberDruidtheModGod i mean with the rad on top and 3 120mm fans on the rad
and the 220 for exuast whould that work well or should i just get a lian li pc80?

I'm a pro casemodder and everything I do is for clients (excepting a few family projects).
Not sure when I'll be doing more gun vids. Been real tied up with projects.
