What's the difference between normal and short shifts? Is it how far the gear lever moves or something?

@09feb1992 It is. In an extreme example, assume the travel distance from 1 to 2 is 5 inches. With a SSK, it should be reduced by a percentage. So 1 to 2 is now 4 inches. This should affect all gears. In the video, and in real life, the biggest gain is from 1 to 2 though.

@MrBossmanboss Well remember it is BMW Performance, which is honestly only a marginal improvement and nothing extreme. It was a good deal and at the end of the deal it is way better than stock. 1-2 in stock trim is horrendous.
