wow.. awesome your good.. i play classical guitar too and i just wanted to give u some advice its your choice to take it or not but in your classical position u might want to sit up a bit more straight to avoid back problems and with your right hand u might want to straighten out your wrist a bit more that way your hand is more relaxed and it realy does help.....
@BrYanGaRcIa12 Thanks for the advice. I am considering getting an A-frame for the guitar. The footstool is great but I am so short and often times, my leg doesn't go up high enough even with the footstool all the way up.
@BryanGrlory Yeah, I warm up with this piece using the 6 different argeggios. Then I play No.2,4,8,16 and 19. And some Brouwer inbetween. Then I play the traditional Spanish Waltz. Then I play scales. That is pretty much my warm up.
@chocolixous ive tarted and know it:d like playing the style makes me calm haha but now i also started gypsy jazz fromjimmy rosenberg and rumba great styles although i do notmaster them yet:p but keep making those lovely tunes
Very nice, the Carcassi studys are a lot of fun to learn and you play them very well! They sound really nice on your guitar too, i play on a Ramirez and find i can get a nice tone also:) anyway 5/5!!!
I love Carcassi etude! And I love Asturias guitar. I have been considering to purchase a Asturias guitar. Your video pushed me one step or two closer to buying it.
Anyway, thanks for beautiful sound and great play.
You are a fan of Asturias guitar? It is amazing to play and is a good investment. Everybody at school tells me how beautiful the guitar sounds. You can't really tell through this terrible audio.
That was pretty good. I use to warm up with this etude. . . along with about 18 or so other carcassi etudes. I told myself I would learn all 25 but I got bored and moved onto villa-lobos etudes.
Wow you learned 18 of them? Good for you! I can see how they can get boring after you play so many of them but it's good for working on the technique. I also do different arpeggios when I'm warming up with this piece. Villa-lobos etudes are quite challenging. I learned the first one.
Yeah. It's definitely good for technique. I hardly ever start my practice session until I've warmed up on some etudes. I also do arpeggios for warm-ups along with scales (segovia scales, blues scales, etc.) Nice to hear you learned the first villa-lobos etude. I only know the first 2 etudes by villa-lobos, anyway. They are just so difficult compared to carcassi's
Yea, I know! Since etudes are "practicing pieces" where you work on a specific technique, I thought all etudes were nice, short and simple. But I was wrong because Villa-lobos pieces are so difficult! His preludes are easier. lol
.Very good!
Their sensitivity and technique. You are a reference to my learning
