That shirt is 2ne1 merchandise, you can probably find it in YGeshop or ebay. Gmarket might have it too, along with any other place that sells 2ne1's official merchandise.
If you really pursued this idea, I think you would have a huge hit on your hands. So many people ask, where to get some of the clothes 2NE1 wears. Personally I want to know where to get CL's blue vest/hoodie from the Farewell performance they did with Big Bang.
