I am a new user, but peaugh, there is the NEW Movie exclusive DOTM figures. have seen them in one of my local Walmarts, but I have not gotten them yet. I have seen Movie Exclusives Optimus Prime and Bumblebee, but no more. And I have seen this kind of rare Sideswipe, he is DOTM, but his Sideswipe name has this special chromey silver bar that shines off the light of the store, and the name itself on the box is blue and shiny. If you can get the 3 and review them. I'd be grateful-Thanks-Plowboy

Best size accurate Ultra Magnus to display next to your g1 and classics including the g1 combiners. Titanium Ultra Magnus is the best robot of him there is.

I sold my fans project back and I keep my g1 Ultra Magnus in alt mode which is it's is the best of him in vehicle mode. But the best and most size accurate is the TITANUIM ULTRA MAGNUS hands down blows away the Fans project. I paid $30 for mine on Ebay and I am happy with the Titanium one.

Why didn't they make that huge ass gun a stand alone gun turret/rocket launcher that he could just stand behind. Or maybe a communications center, a repair bay even. I doubt he is gonna be commanding any city. He cannot even walk around the city cuz he is carrying a gun that weighs 2/3 as much as himself

i just got mine 2nd hand, with everything still on :) for like ~ USD$100. took me 8 months searching, couldnt find any 2pack (w skywarp) or loose Ultra Magnus. saw it on display in a 2nd hand toystore and bought it :)

it was the first release version without the missles but i'm planning to get the G1 versions somehow.

The Upgrade isn't in stores, you have to buy it online. As of now, 2009, probably the same for Ultra Magnus himself.

i like this kit, but i find it funny that fansproject has one upgrade kit with another gun and missles then there is another group that has an upgrade kit with another head and more guns. not to forget the repo labels that give him more g1 depth. now if only peaugh could do another reveiw of the other upgrades or at least the repolables that u could get for some of the figures he has reveiwed

I like the toy but its not fair for some to get these special toys whe everybody should at lease have acsess to buy them and they should have offered them in all stores they should offered them in there complete forms too Not just selling the figure but selling the trailer with. It wasn't a official design, a bunch of TF fans made it and sold it as an accesory that "happens" to work with the official toy.

they can't sell them both together due to copyright concerns (I think)

Hasbro would have to arange a deal so the designs could be bundled and mass produced, and Im sure with all the seperated parts it would probably be a child hazard.

you can get the second release of the trailer on pre-order for about $90 not including shipping, but the actual ultra magnus figure might cost you more than the trailer itself either in a two pack with Skywarp or Optimus Prime.
