Damn, check out Jim Foley. That's why the Rockets are the best franchise in Houston, they've had a true family atmosphere with lots of dedicated people serving long careers with the organization.

Phil Ford is such a peculiar NBA player. I remember him like the kind of player drafted very high because he had an amazing college career, but he failde in the NBA.I think it's aparadigmatic case of this kind of player.
