they had a 5000 LBS steal parts that fell on a car, and the patch on the bridge wasn't done properly, so they've closed the west bound  and they said that it was cause by the heavy winds, and makes it dangerous for construction workers. onemore thing, What happen if this bridge collaps down into the ocean?
