  • this guy wants to marry me ?

  • 1:26 ❤

  • Man much respect. How long you bin hitting the gym for to accomplish that.

  • Cool hard bod- Jared

  • everything is good

    however do not neglect shoulders

  • wow -ur so fucking HOT♥

  • nice

  • WHAT SIZE T-SHIRT AND SHIRT DO YOU WEAR??

  • Who is "we"? I thought there was only one of you. Or are you royalty?

  • U da man Dominique!!! Looking spectacular.

  • Good tune from Armin!! oh yeah..looking great, man!!

  • Have you ever bulk?

  • Great vascularity and definition.

  • Beautiful physique with lean ripped muscles. It's time for you to wear those bodybuilding shorts that look like speedo's. Thanks for sharing your bodybuilding experience on YT.

  • BTW, absolutely nothing is wrong with your upper body. The only problem is that they overpower your lower body. The quads and calves each need to be bigger, and the quads need more cuts. I'm sure this is something you're working very hard on.

  • Dom, Musclemania has a show in England coming up? Is there any specific class you're looking to compete in?

  • THIS IS PERFECTION

  • Dom! I have a few quick questions! What's your number one suggestions for putting on lean muscle? And second, I'm doing weight training at the moment but am going to start incorporating 30 minute runs 3 times a week into my training to stay lean, that shouldn't hold me back in my strength training/muscle gaining right? How much cardio do you do on a regular basis? Your physique is really good man!

  • @XilentFlex You can tell this guy does a lot of body-weight exercises that's the MAIN secret to getting lean muscle while still maintaining great mass and size. My personal trainer had me doing lots of pushups, pull/chin ups and other various body weight exercises and the results I got were waaay beyond that of regular conventional weight lifting. Also, with more body-weight routines, it speeds up your metabolism so you're doing cardio at the same time, that's the key to building LEAN muscle.

  • @calvin60616 awesome reply dude! This guy has hit the nail right on the head!!! Bodyweight exercises are KING in my opinion, the range of flexibility, strength, muscle mass, fat burning and cardiovascular conditioning they can provide when used properly in a fairly intense, progressive programme is unlike anything you can achieve from lifting weights alone. IIf anybody is REALLY interested I will make a video detailing the MAIN BENEFITS of bodyweight training, also google EPINEPHRINE...

  • @daredevildom Exactly...I questioned my PT at first because I didn't understand the science behind the routines, but once I started seeing never before seen results in a short time span, I knew that body weight exercises were more effective. The fat was melting off but I still maintained good definition and mass. There's really only 4 key ingredients to a nice physique like yours: PROTIEN, HEALTHY DIET, MULTI VITAMINS and BODYWEIGHT EXCERSISES = Lean ripped muscles like yourself and me now :)

  • @calvin60616 What you say makes perfect sense. Bodyweight training has proven to be extremely beneficially in both strength gain and physique improvement. Bodyweight training, and cardio are both great answers to achieving a lean physique. I'm definitely going to continue running just to make sure I get good long endurance, but at the same time I'm interested in incorporating more bodyweight exercises into my routines! Good stuff bro!

  • @calvin60616 That is bullshit. You will never be able to lift as much weight when only using body-weight exercises. And heavier weight = more muscle mass. Body-weight exercises does not speed up your metabolism compared to regular lifting. Want to speed up your metabolism and gain crazy mass try 3x8 heavy squats and follow that up with 3x8 heavy deadlifts.

  • @calvin60616 WHAT THE FUCK. The secret to putting on mass isn't bullshit body-weight exercises where you are pushing out 80+ reps. Nice broscience on "increasing your metabolism with cardio." I already know that you're a dumbfuck phaggot simply from the fact that you have a personal trainer. The key to building fucking lean muscle is your diet. Your nutrition means everything. You pack on a couple pounds of muscle during your bulk and cut off all excess fat during your cut. Simple.

  • @EricChinkLee Ease off the steroids bro..it's not that serious! You can't make me change my comment, your childish name calling is hilarious to me. I never said the secret to putting on mass =body weight exercises, please read again.

I said, the scret to a lean build while MAINTAINING MASS.Of course you have to hit the weights to add mass but for the lean look, body weight exercises are the best way to go.Do people even READ anymore before they reply to comments??

  • @calvin60616 You can't put on mass with bodyweight exercises period. There is something called progressive overload which is the only way your body can grow; by increasing reps and weight. With bodyweight, you can only increase reps and become an endurance athlete. The secret to maintaining mass also isn't bodyweight exercises, its eating only 500 calories under your maintenance while trying to maintain the amount of weight and reps you were doing before your cut. Wait, what steroids? -.-

  • @EricChinkLee Are you retarded or what?? READ MAN!! Reading is fundemental, don't just read to read but actually comprehend what you're reading. Once again TO MAINTAIN THE MASS YOU HAVE AND BUILD LEAN MUSCLE, BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES ARE BEST.Especially if you're going for that lean look.Even dominique himself has agreed with me so it's pointless to continue with you. You're probably some fake gym rat who think he knows everything there's to know about working out and don't know shit!

  • @EricChinkLee The steroid reference was warranted from your hostile response (faggot this and faggot that) Really? Go get laid, you don't even know me and you've got your panties in a bunch from a comment I made months ago LOL So you mean to tell me a workout routine consisting of pushups, pull ups, dips and other variations of body weight exercises along w/ a good diet will not produce lean muscle mass?? WOW!! ok we can go with you're theory, you're so wise & smart, thanks dude!!

  • @calvin60616 This guy has a tutorial on how to deadlift so I know he isn't a bodyweight phaggot like you.

  • ... Wow, you're really awesome!

  • Perfection is the right word.

  • You stay in perfect shape for a contest or not; very impressive physique, Dom

  • God

  • that is a fitness body..you should do wll at the show.

  • You get 1st place.....you are the total package. Best wishes mate.

  • very nice physique!! great job man!!

  • Crazy HOT

  • how tall are you?

  • I never knew you were competitive, at least not in that way. I figured you were a competitive person, of course, but not in shows on stage type competitive. I'm guessing the line-up on the Musclemania Fitness stage will be a tough one to stand along side of and measure up to! Good Luck with that! You have built a beautiful body for yourself...time to show it off!

  • don't be shy now . . . aaaaand "favorited"
