What do you use to get it so smooth? I've tried out a little bit of porting on an iron I had lying around, and it didn't come out nearly that nice, lol.
Flapwheels but basically you're right. Thanks for the compliment on the CNC porting; it's actually all hand-cut and done by eye without a template. I do have a methodology behind how and where I cut the bridgeports to help ensure that they're equal dimensions on both outer plates but they're all done by hand.
Nice porting but I always wanted to know is how this gives the pulse sound the brideport makes...

Im Thinkin Kay rolls and fine grit cross buffs would do it, Though this one looks like its CNC ported.

I've picked up a grinder a fair few times, I dont know what kind of results I got flow wise but they looked good when they were done.
