there is no "back up ipod touch" option in itunes. when you right click your device it should say it right there.

@XxJiNGaNxxDeViLiSTxX SSH by ifunbox. Download ifunbox then plug in iphone/ipod touch and then you launch ifunbox and you can go view files. You have to be careful though, if you dont know what your doing then your idevice will be messed up and you will have to restore

@lazysammich if you've synced your iDevice with iTunes, you can find all your apps under C:\Users\(USERNAME)\Music\iTun­es\iTunes Media\Mobile Applications. Now SSH into your iDevice and copy all your apps from the address above to the following address on your iDevice: /private/var/mobile/Documents/­Installous/Downloads. When your done, go into installous and those apps should appear under the downloads section. Install and play :)

i have appsync, and now if i remove an app from my iphone (installous app)

i can get it back by syncing with itunes, which i couldnt when i didnt have it. (it said i cant sync them or something. so it works 100%.

but if i add the apps to itunes with appsync, can i still get them back by syncing if i remove the jailbreak? or do you need appsync to get them back too?

another question.... if i upgrade my iphone to latest software (4.0) will i still have my cracked apps on my iphone?
