The Troll holds the player, but may be interrupted by other players while doing so (the cameraman just happens to be very passive). The Minotaur on the other hand is extremely aggressive, and even if the cameraman had acted, it would probably have won the fight. Please know though, that none of them are one-hit-kills, and that there are ways to beat them. The combat just happens to be very different from the point-and-click (I am a higher level and have greater equipment than this mob) way.*

Because first they didn't want to sell boxed versions of the game, but they listened to the community and made 10 000 metal boxes. And it costs alot more per copy to make 10 000 than 1 million. So they have to be pricy to make up the "make" costs. Excuse my english/grammar . Anyhow you can get the digital download on monday I think, which will be alot cheaper, 40-50$ I think.
