Its about a guy who can see spirits. but the always torment him. one day he finds his way to a shop that deals in wishes. The shop owner (yuko ichihara) can grant any wish for  price. in Watanukis case the price is he has to work in her shop till the debts paied off.

its a really funny anime cause Yuko is such an oddball
