I always have to carry an ID & Health insurance on me, that`s the law here. I even was refused emergency medical care because I did not carry my Health insurance on me, only valid ID. Well that`s the law,

You know, ALL through school, K-12, my parents HAD TO provide proof of their address (apparently having to do with desegregation, which was ridiculous-my neighborhood had folks from everywhere and of every color), or they would not enroll me. WOULD NOT. COULD NOT. I couldn't attend the school that was literally right down the street without documentation.
