There's also a heart in black reach. You go into the guys lab and there should be one on a shelf along with a human heart if you have the sigil stone you can turn it into a daedra heart

I think I found a new place to get hearts, I found two in the Riften Jail. If you go and find the Evidence Chest, there should be two in that chest. Hopefully this helps!

If daedra hearts are used for making weapons and armor, does that mean daedras kill each other for their heart to make weapons and armor?

You can buy 2 daedra hearts at a time from Enthir at the Mages College. He's usually on the upper floor of the living quarters. As with all merchants, his inventory refreshes after 48 hours, so just use the 'wait' button if you want to buy more. It's the quickest and easiest way to get deadra hearts in numbers, if perhaps not the cheapest.

For all those asking about the sword, I'm pretty sure it's just the Daedric Greatsword ... Could be named something else. But i believe it has the fire damage enchant as well, and it's probably upgraded to epic or something for increased damage. Hope i helped guys. Thumbs up for the other people who want to know.

There is also a daedric heart by Kodlak whitemane in jorvaskr. It respawns as well. To steal it, grab it with a (on 360, x for ps3) by holding down a. You can now run with it in front of you. take it to a place without people, drop it, and steal it.
