as far as I know rooo7 means soul, so maybe it is "I am soul my soul/my dear"

I don´t know how to translate it in a best way. Ana Rooh = I´m your soul. Ya Roohi - literally means "you are my soul", but it´s also a way to say "oh, my love, my dear, honey (etc)"... I´m not an arabic native speaker, sorry...
