I used the "fortify restoration potion" exploit to get a bow with 1,000,000+ damage and 50,000+ armor rating. I then used made enchanting potions to get nearly unlimited stamina, health, and health regen, plus other skills. Check it out!

@Crosby4hyg There is a limit for armor rating set at 652, so it doesnt really matter if you have 7000 armor rating. The same goes for weapons, though im not sure what the maximum damage is, I would think around 150 damage.

What you can do is buy a few arrows, reverse pickpocket the guards in Solitude that are practicing archery, and they'll shoot an endless amount into a target that you can harvest.
