I was never happy with the bass response, even with a Celestion speaker mod. The Engl is in a differnt league (tone and price!). My next cover will show its most brutal side in thye next few days.
Thanks. Just the amp overdrive. It's very high gain and so much tighter than the Valveking I had. I love it. And with the Kevin Bond Rhoads, in Drop B, with high gain and scooped mids, it's brutal as hell. Watch out for Sirenia's Path Of Decay coming soon!
by the way, why do you hold your pick like that, pointing towards the pickup switch? is it just comfortable for you in that position, cause ive seen a lot of good players holding it like that and some other like paul gilbert pointing it kinda towards the neck pickup
