  • genial necesitaba una rutina de calentamiento, la bici fija, no sustituye todo eso????

  • Hola! gracias por tu comentario... hay muchas rutinas de calentamiento, éste video solo es una de tantas, pero está muy completo porque involucra muchos músculos y prepara a tu cuerpo para que realices cualquier tipo de ejercicio.
