How come only good looking women teaching us how to write resume, cover letter, interview tips, etc. How about ugly man telsl you what to do? American job interview is not very productive. In most European countries do not ask uncomfortable questions. Additionally, you do not have to write adjectives in CV (European style resume). Basically, you have to sell your paper resume and your responses in America, not your talent and skills.

I thought it should be at least 4*. The only thing I would change (that I recall from the video) is, no matter what you're interviewing for, ALWAYS wear a very professional attire. Wear a suit to a construction-related position and you're chances of being remembered and taken seriously will likely be more significant than others who wear more casual attire to the same interview position.
