Deff not a Sports Car like they try to claim! 0-60 10 secs!!!! WOW awful! I feel like they need to offer 2 diff engine packages, THEN it would be a true car for all!
Sadly, 1. it's a 1.5l engine, 2. we won't get the CVT in Europe (which makes the car both faster and more efficient!) and 3. the exterior lighting design has gone completely out of the window.
(Besides, having blue lights on your car is frowned upon by the police in the UK, and probably many other countries too.)
I think a hybrid sports car only can be a good thing. With the fuel price going through the roof, it's good you now can get the fun of a sportscar with a fuel consumption of less then 8l/100 km ;)
nice review/video... but i've heard NOTHING anywhere else to say that it will have options for different engine types... can you provide a link or something to prove this? I've only heard that it's a 1.5L Hybrid with the option of CVT or Manual transmission... thanks
@moadvanoffut wrong... porsche does not destroy honda by design, they haven't designed anything NEW in decades with the exception of a few updates and the 918
@moadvanoffut But you realize that Porsche is on an entirely different level than Honda. It's like comparing a Ferrari to a Toyota; they work on different marketing levels. One brand is concentrating on the average consumer, while the other is concentrating on the wealthy. Considering how Honda can get a car with this design to the general public, they've done a pretty dam good job.
Honda CR-Z Type R come with this please!
